Delete your HybridAI account
Your HybridAI account is the one you sign in with to Hy, the AI agent app for iPhone and Android, to Sales Companion and to hybridai.one. Deleting it removes your data from HybridAI and cannot be undone.
How to delete your account
In the Hy app
Open Settings, tap Delete account and confirm. The app deletes your account and signs you out.
On the web
Sign in and open your account page. Under Delete Account, select Delete My Account and type DELETE MY ACCOUNT to confirm.
If you can no longer sign in
Write to support@hybridai.one from the email address of your account.
What is deleted
- Your account, your sign-in details and the secrets you stored
- Your assistants and the cloud sandbox Hy runs in, with its memory, conversations and files
- Your connections to Google, Microsoft and other services; we also revoke their access at the provider
- Phones and other devices paired with your account
- Workspaces you own; their members keep their own accounts
- Files you uploaded and your knowledge bases
- Your usage history and your analytics profile
When you delete your account in Hy, the app also removes its copy of your conversations and files from your phone. Uninstalling the app removes everything else it stored there.
What is kept, and for how long
- Backups: deleted data stays in our backups until they expire, after 12 months at the latest.
- Chat histories and logs still on our servers are deleted automatically within 90 days.
- A record that the account was deleted, with its user name and email address, stays in our security log as proof of the deletion.
- Records we must keep by law, such as invoices, are kept for the statutory retention period.
- What you created in someone else's workspace belongs to that workspace and stays until its owner deletes it.
